Chapter 12: Judiciary System
The judiciary is the system that adjudicates legal disputes/disagreements and interprets, defends, and applies the law in legal cases.
Arbitration over cases is a service provided by the private sector. Judges compete in a free market and are subject to online feedback. Feedback is quantified so it is possible to rank the judges by how well they do.
Anyone can apply to be a judge. Judges are tested regularly on random samples of the test cases to prove they can adjudicate the law correctly. Test results are public. Judges are registered and deregistered through voluntary direct democracy.
