10. Check out branch

Wilma selects Check Out Branch from the menu:

This displays the following dialog:

This allows Wilma to select one of the branches, and also to optionally check the "Start of branch" option. The text displayed in the CoEdit window immediately changes to reflect the current selection. Wilma can easily translate her local working copy to any one of the following four document states:

1. Start of head

2. End of head

3. Start of bam

4. End of bam
