Preamble
We, the citizens, in pursuit of liberty, justice, and prosperity, do ordain and establish this Constitution to constrain the State, to safeguard individual rights, and to ensure that society may flourish.
Accordingly, we establish a State that is a platform for public services rather than a sovereign ruler.
Recognizing that freedom and responsibility are inseparable, that property rights are the foundation of peaceful coexistence, and that voluntary cooperation is the engine of progress.
Therefore, we reject rule by politicians, and instead embrace direct democracy, transparent institutions, and a system where taxation becomes choice, where public services are accountable, and where market and community institutions coexist freely.
We further commit to institutions governed not by personal discretion, but by transparent, deterministic processes that apply equally to all citizens.
This Constitution is our covenant: to protect autonomy, prevent aggression, and secure a future where every citizen may thrive.
