105 Build System

CMakeLists.txt has a flag CEDA_INSTALL_PDB_FILES which controls whether pdb files are installed.

• Using clang-cl (and LLVM) on Windows
• notes.txt
• rpath.txt
• Use of cmake

TODO

1. Create a batch file for directly copying build artefacts into C:\Program Files\Ceda\windows-x64 after building windows-x64 in Visual Studio, to make it easier to check that ceda-samples and ceda-app work before properly packaging ceda-core
2. Allow debug build to use installed release build of Xcpp which compiles the code much faster
3. Can use the latest version of cmake
